Forested hills and mountain pasture in the Selkirk range

The Land

The farm lies within a landscape of forested hills and mountain pasture in the Selkirk range of Eastern Washington. Streams cross the property and run through a small pond below the orchard.

Wildlife is a natural part of life here. Deer move through the pastures regularly, and the surrounding forests support cougars, bears, and many other species native to the region.

Living here means caring for the land while respecting the wider ecosystem that surrounds it.

Stewardship

Caring for the land is central to life at Huckleberry View Farms. The forests, streams, and pasture that surround the farm are part of a larger mountain ecosystem that has existed for generations.

Our goal is to manage the land in a way that supports healthy soil, thriving wildlife, and a sustainable future for the farm.
